Dr. Bruce Dickson was the youngest man in the world to simultaneously hold a PhD in physiology, philosophy and engineering. In 1939 at Mt. Kalpurthia, Tibet, Dickson sought shelter from a bad storm and stumbled across sub-dimensional utopia Kalahia. He was embraced by their culture, and given the abilities to stretch and flatten himself. Decades after the war he murdered the Nazi supervillain Agent Axis before Captain America's eyes and was incarcerated. Elton T. Morrow gained his powers from a large glowing diamond which exploded and embedded its shards in his body. Decades after the war, though aged, he still retained his powers and set off into outerspace with Shanga The Star-Dancer after she transformed him into a living diamond. After his long sojourn, Morrow has returned to earth, now able to transform from human to diamond and mysteriously de-aged, the former hero has found his old ally the Thin Man and the two now from the backbone of the new Liberty Legion. |
